Pre-Registration Programme Information (Migration documents)
Where possible the faculty can provide confirmation of the number of theory & practice hours studied, and programme and module specifications. Please note: some requests for documentation are limited by the maintenance of historic records and the Retention of Records schedules from other institutions prior to Edge Hill attaining degree awarding powers.
For historical programmes, the university is unable to guarantee a complete set of programme information. If this is the case, we will provide as much information as possible following the completion of our search. The table below provides the date range when the documents can normally be provided.

Once payment has been made you will need to submit a photocopy of appropriate photographic proof of your identification (i.e., passport or driving licence) to the Administration team. An additional charge will be incurred if the item requires delivery via courier or registered post.
If you have changed your name since studying at Edge Hill University, you must provide proof of this (i.e., if you have married you must supply a copy of your marriage certificate).
The university will aim to complete all requests within twenty working days. However, the University reserves the right to extend this timeframe during peak times.
