Continuing Professional Development Modular Transcript

Faculty of Health, Social Care & Medicine modular transcripts reflect the record of academic learning and achievement on CPD individual standalone modules.  Please note: if you require a programme transcript, please follow the instructions on the Academic Registry page of the Online Store

Once payment has been made you will need to submit a photocopy of appropriate photographic proof of your identification (i.e., passport or driving licence) to the Administration team.  An additional charge will be incurred if the item requires delivery via courier or registered post.

If you have changed your name since studying at Edge Hill University, you must provide proof of this (i.e., if you have married you must supply a copy of your marriage certificate).

The university will aim to complete all requests within twenty working days. However, the University reserves the right to extend this timeframe during peak times.

Appendix 20 of Edge Hill University's Academic Regulations outlines the University's regulations governing certification.

Unfortunately, we can only offer this service to students who studied with us after 2007.
