Description

The replacement of lost, damaged, or defaced Unicards or replacement due to name change (current Edge Hill students only).

Please do not purchase a replacement card if you think your card may be faulty or if your card has been stolen and you have a valid Crime Reference Number.

 

Detailed Description

Payment must be made in advance of a replacement Unicard being issued by the FM Helpdesk (in the Durning Centre). Please bring your receipt with you as you will not be able to collect your new card without it.There is no charge to replace a stolen Unicard if a valid Crime Reference Number is presented to the FM Helpdesk.  Edge Hill University cannot accept responsibility for the cash value of any lost or stolen Unicards.
