Detailed Description
Payment must be made in advance of a replacement BLUC key being issued by SCIC (Security Customer Information Centre). Please bring your receipt with you as you will not be able to collect your new key without it.

There is no charge to replace a stolen BLUC key if a valid Crime Reference Number is provided to the SCIC.
