Description

If you require a replacement certificate for an equivalency test, payment of the £5 fee will prompt us to re-send a copy of your certificate to the address we have on record for you. The fee covers administration costs and postage.

 

Detailed Description

After being notified that you have successfully passed an Edge Hill University equivalency test, you will be sent a certificate confirming your pass within 10 working days. You must notify us within 15 working days if you haven’t received the certificate, otherwise, after this time there will be a charge. It is the candidate’s responsibility to inform Edge Hill Tests of a change of address.

 

If you lose your certificate or require a replacement, you must pay a £5 fee. You can order a replacement any time after 15 working days since you were notified of a pass, and up to ten years after you sat your test. After ten years have passed, we cannot guarantee that we still have a record of your result. Please contact us if you’d like us to confirm that we still have your pass on record: [email protected]  If you pay the fee in advance and we’re not able to confirm your result, you will receive a refund.

 

After you’ve made payment, providing we have a record of your result, the Equivalency Tests Team will re-print your certificate and send it to the postal address you provided when you registered for the test. Please allow 10 working days to receive your replacement certificate.

 

Again, it is the candidate’s responsibility to inform Edge Hill Tests of a change of address. Please contact us if you have changed address since registering for your test so that we can send your certificate to the correct location: [email protected]
