Course Description

Certificate in Strategic Leadership & Management (CMI, Level 7)

Helping leadership teams and senior managers tackle the challenges and develop the skills required in making strategic decisions that support the organisational objectives, purpose and vision.

Delivered through an online learning environment

15 weeks. 170 total learning hours, including 48 hours Tutor guided learning via weekly online session.

• Personal and Professional Development for Strategic Leaders (Unit 7014)

• Leading Strategic Change (Unit 7005)
