Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands, and ears. It's based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems.

Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage A stiff neck and poor circulation can only mean one thing: too many hours sat behind your desk. That’s why it is recommended you move more. This massage is specially designed to soothe the back, neck and head.

Leg Massage A leg massage can relieve sore, tired muscles. The benefits vary depending on how much pressure is applied. Using light pressure can be more relaxing. Strong pressure reduces tension and pain in your muscles.

Indian Head massage, is a treatment that focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders, often using circular massage strokes to improve hair and scalp condition.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.

Facial drainage massage This gentle massage targets the lymph nodes and drains away toxins, encouraging your lymphatic system to deliver fresh nutrients to your cells.

A single £12 appointment is 20mins - 15 mins hands on treatment and 5 mins consultation.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations should usually be made no later than 2 working days before the scheduled appointment in order for a refund to be processed i.e. by 10am Friday for appointments the following Tuesday.
