Request for Duplicate Certificate

Once payment has been made you will need to send a photocopy of appropriate photographic proof of your identification (i.e. passport or driving licence) to the Assessment & Awards Team, Academic Registry, Edge Hill University, St Helens Road, Ormskirk, L39 4QP. Alternatively, copies can be emailed to ceremonies@edgehill.ac.uk

Please do not send original documentation.

If you have changed your name since studying at Edge Hill University, you must provide proof of this (i.e. if you have married you must supply a copy of your marriage certificate).


Please note that any Edge Hill course started before 2007 will have been accredited by Lancaster University, therefore if you wish to purchase a certificate from this time you will need to order one through Lancaster University via the following link  http://www.lancaster.ac.uk/sbs/registry/Certifcates.htm  or contact Danielle Walker - 01524 592168- d.walker2@lancaster.ac.uk.

Those graduates who are in debt to the University will not be issued with a duplicate certificate until the debt has been paid.

All requests will be dealt with as soon as possible however you must allow up to twenty working days for your application to be processed. The University reserves the right to extend this timeframe during peak times.
